Burak Alper 
After graduating from Bosphorus University as a Civil Engineer, Mr. Alper has finished International Management program in Istanbul University. Influenced by the then rising star, IT Industry, he worked in various IT companies. In 1998, he entered IBM as a sales specialist, and after working for different roles, he bacame Assistant General Manager. In 2014, after working 16 years in IBM, he ended his IT career. Influenced by an article he read in an international website about future of solar energy he founded Switch in 2015.

Cem Acar
Graduated from Business Administration department of Istanbul University. His area of expertise is  technical analysis and algorithmic systems in stock markets and future options market. He also worked on accounting and finance departments in many companies. He works as Chief Financial Officer in Switch.

Oben Acar
Graduated from Bosphorus University as a Chemical Engineer. After working many years in Quality Assurance, Marketing and Sales departments of Norvegian paint company, Jotun, she decided to change her career. Affected by the research that Jotun had made, she decided to enter into research market. Worked in Synovate and Ipsos. She led the Medical Research department of Ipsos. Her current role in Switch is Sales Manager.

Erol Akçam
With 40 years of expertise as Electrical Engineer, Mr. Akçam has graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1969. As a free consultant engineer, he finished countless low and medium voltage projects.  He also built many pole and building type transformers as well as emergency diesel generators. After acting as Assistant General Manager in construction company, Odin, he retired in 2000. Because of his personal interest in renewable energies, he returned to active work life and currently acts as Chief Technology Officer in Switch.
